We had a fantastic stay at this hotel ! The administrator at the reception Mery supported us in everything - starting from welcome drinks for myself, my wife and 2 sons, providing us the parking slot, navigating us in public transportation, helping us with taxi. It was an amazing surprise when Mery granted us complimentary breakfast for the whole family and allow us to keep the car at hotel parking slot 4 hours longer after we checked out. She also gave the opportunity to change the room if we would find that beds are not enough spacious for our kids, but everything was ok and we did not use this opportunity. So, the stay was very good, breakfast in sabbath morning when all cafes and restaurants are closed motivated us a lot and Mery took care about us in the way as her personal very important guest !

From the moment I walked in, the welcome by Mary at the reception was warm, professional and caring. She arranged for an upgraded room to be ready while in fact I was codering to just drop off my bag, as check-in time was a few hours away. Throughout my stay, she was always there with a smile and offer to help. A true asset in the hospitality industry. The room (junior suite) was comfortable. Furnishings are fine (meaning not worn) but look a bit dated - although that is not u common in Israel. Let’s just say they are better than one might expect at first glance. :-)

Location, location. It's wonderful to be near the bus and train stations, so you can go anywhere. Jaffa Street is also nearby, and you can easily take the tram to either Mount Hertz and/or the Kotel and other sites. Of course, the staff is super awesome and friendly. Mary, Mary Mary. What a wonderful person. I can't say it enough. The entire staff is also great.

Maria at the front desk made our stay perfect: She answered all our questions with patience, she allowed us an extra-long checkout time on Saturday, she put a tray of snacks and waters in our room, stored our luggage...she made sure we had everything we needed and she really knew everything about the hotel and about the area.

Excellently located close to main transport hubs. Reception staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. On arrival at 0830 hrs,Najla checked us in with an immediate upgrade to a suite. Mary, later provided us with invaluable travel advice on the best way to see the historical biblical sites. A first class service.
